Typical flow for Private Events

I recommend choosing Salsa, a Guacamole, Queso dip, and chips to be set out in the very beginning. This way people can make their own personal nachos and it gives the guests something to snack on while everyone arrives and is waiting for other food and drinks to be served.

Right when people start to arrive:

Soup

$5 per person charge, please choose one

Chicken Tortilla

Chunks of chicken, slices of avocado, and a wedge of lime topped with queso fresco and crispy corn tortillas.

Mexican Chili

Beef tenderloin and vegetables in a rich, spicy Mexican broth, topped with queso fresco and served with warm flour tortillas.

Crema de Cilantro

Light cream cilantro broth with queso fresco and roasted poblanos.

Roasted Corn Soup

Grilled corn off the cob blended into a creamy soup with poblanos, garlic and spices.

Salad

$6 per person charge, please choose one

Caesar Salad

Invented in Tijuana. House made dressing topped with queso fresco and crispy bacon and cornbread croutons.

Mango and Avocado

Mango and avocado in a bed of bib lettuce, topped with bacon, queso fresco, pine nuts and a creamy pine nut lime dressing.

Chopped Mexican

Red and green peppers, black beans, fresh corn, tomatoes and avocado on a mound of Romaine lettuce, spicy chipotle cream dressing and topped with queso fresco.

Fajitas $18

Filet mignon, Chicken breast, served on fresh grilled vegetables. Includes sides of salsa, lettuce, cheese and Mexican crema, served with warm flour tortillas.

Sweet Ancho Ribs $8

Ribs smothered in a sweet & spicy ancho chile BBQ sauce. Served with twice baked sweet potato topped with orange crema and pine nuts.

Chicken Enchilada $7

Three chicken enchiladas wrapped in flour tortillas and smothered in a red enchilada sauce, topped with queso fresco.

Mole Enchilada $8

Our Chicken Enchiladas made with our house made Mole sauce, instead of traditional red sauce.
